Founded by Chairman T.D. Jakes in 2020, the T.D. Jakes Foundation is dedicated to righting these systemic wrongs and building bridges to opportunity for underserved populations by providing access to the skills and resources needed for success in the modern workplace.
As Chairman Jakes celebrates his 65th birthday and 45th year in the ministry, we are excited to launch the FUTURE FOCUS campaign to help support the T.D. Jakes Foundation’s crucial work for years to come.
From championing STEAM curriculum for underserved students through its STEAM Academy curriculum, to providing a “PATHWAY” to employment for those seeking a sustainable, long-term career, in the two years since the T.D. Jakes Foundation was launched, its programming has already changed the lives of thousands within the local Dallas community, and around the world.
Funds allocated to the FUTURE FOCUS campaign will go toward helping the Foundation continue to empower populations in need and create a long-lasting legacy of achievement that can be passed down for generations.
As a FUTURE FOCUS donor, you will be providing:
500 students with the opportunity to attend our STEAM Academy’s 2022 Hackathon
Additional funding for future STEAM Academy programming targeting 6,500 students
1,100 jobseekers with the ability to be matched with employment through the PATHWAY app
25 partnerships with public, private or nonprofit organizations to be formed and nurtured
