T.D. Jakes Foundation
Chairman Jakes with AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson to encourage corporations to hire former inmates convicted of non-violent crimes.
Large corporations spend millions on workforce training, community development and corporate social responsibility initiatives. But without the right partnerships and a trusted voice in these communities, many programs fail to gain the traction they need to deliver the best outcomes.
The T.D. Jakes Foundation connects global businesses with the talent and resources to succeed in a highly competitive environment. From executive summits to podcasts and masterclasses, the T.D. Jakes Foundation can create custom programs to fit the needs and priorities of each partner company.
In the next decade, automation will lead to the displacement of 20 million global manufacturing jobs. Successfully integrating whole communities into the rapidly changing workforce will require an integrated and holistic effort.
From STEAM education to mentorship training, entrepreneurship and more, the T.D. Jakes Foundation serves people across the entire lifecycle and is poised to become the premier source for connecting companies with highly skilled, in-demand talent.
The T.D. Jakes Foundation is dedicated to creating “Smart Cities,” Harnessing technology and real-time data to ensure people have access to opportunity where they live.
As part of the “Smart Cities” concept, the T.D. Jakes Foundation has established Dream Centers to provide wraparound services for all residents, connecting them with the resources they need to grow and thrive.
With initial pilot programs set to open in Dallas and Chicago, Dream Centers will serve as a focal point for the foundation’s STEAM initiative, providing a whole host of services including financial literacy, education, apprenticeships and more.
