Through our proprietary PATHWAY program, we elevate and integrate services, including job skills, training and support to transform lives and enrich communities.
With PATHWAY, those in need aren’t left to their own devices to navigate a maze of programs and bureaucracies. PATHWAY provides a helping hand, guiding those in need through intervention services, training, educational and aftercare programs—and ultimately connecting them to living-wage employment, part of our end-to-end accountability system.

If you’re looking for a job and want to be a part of the PATHWAY journey, this opportunity is open and available to people at all stages in their careers, from entry level and above.
While our initial focus is North Texas, many of our corporate partners have a national and global presence. We further plan to build out the geographic reach of our jobs initiatives as we expand the PATHWAY program over the next two to three years.
