The Great Pivot: Bridging the Digital Divide through Innovative Leadership

The digital age is propelling us into the future faster than we can understand it. With the world now facing significant paradigm shifts of massive scale never seen prior to the pandemic, there is an urgent need for 21st Century Leaders to disrupt, reinvent, and transform themselves and their organizations, so that they can motivate and inspire underrepresented communities who are being left behind and excluded from the digital economy. By 2025, there will be more than 100 million new jobs open that can’t be filled with today’s skills. Unless rigorous and intentional efforts are made to bridge the digital divide through the exposure, education, and adoption of technologies across vulnerable populations, the growing skills gap will lead to much larger macroeconomic, political, and social inequities.

Join T.D. Jakes and Trice Johnson in an informative and motivating Fireside Chat to provide Business, Community, and Entrepreneurial Leaders with steps to guide their people through purposeful transformation in the digital age, leading with innovation, ingenuity, and inspiration.
